Information We Collect
To provide poker rooms, direct messages, Texas Hold’em tables and player community features, we may process:
- Account information such as email, username, nickname, avatar and optional profile details.
- Usage information needed for chat, table invites, hand history, win/loss records and basic device diagnostics.
- Subscription status. App Store purchases are processed by Apple, Google Play purchases are processed by Google, and web checkout is processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not collect card numbers.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the service, show player profiles and records, process membership benefits, support safety tools and comply with law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers such as Apple, Google, LemonSqueezy, email delivery and infrastructure providers, or when required by law.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and retain it only as needed for the service and legal obligations.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You can update your profile or delete your account from the account panel. Store subscriptions remain managed in Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Children
ChatPlay Poker is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
